Exhibit booths (measuring 10’ x 10’), 8′ table, 2 chairs, and waste basket. Your booth reservation includes up to two onsite representatives. Additional representatives may attend at a rate of $25 per person. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Exhibits Layout: The exhibit space at USM, in Hattiesburg, MS, will be in the main conference concourse outside of the main meeting rooms – prime real estate for our vendors!

CEU Form 2025
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) – Important Information
Participants seeking Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) must meet the following requirements:
✅ Attend the full conference.
Participants must sign in each morning and sign out at the end of each day at the registration table.💵 Submit the CEU processing fee.
A $20 processing fee must be paid to The University of Mississippi.
Payment details will be provided on the CEU form.📝 Complete the CEU Verification Form.
Forms are available at the registration table. Completed forms must be turned in before leaving the conference.
⚠️ Important: Partial attendance does not qualify for CEU credit.
CEUs will only be awarded to participants who attend all sessions, sign in and out daily, and submit the $20 processing fee.
